Finance Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee business processes, administration, and financial management.
• Maintain the accounting system for Elementum Hospitality Group.
• Lead planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with business partners to achieve company and business goals.
• Review financial reports and prepare financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assist the management team in making informed financial decisions.
• Supervise employees within the finance department.
• Investigate means to improve profitability.
• Review and process payments for the company.
• Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate business expansion, compliance, and scaling.

Finance Manager Qualifications / Skills:

• Attention to detail

• Working knowledge of GAAP principles
• Organized and responsible
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Thoroughness and understanding of confidentiality
• Adept at analyzing information and making sound decisions
• Adaptive and skilled in financial modeling
• Strong negotiation skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in finance or related roles
