    About Elementum Hospitality Group

Hospitality crafted with vision, execution, and intelligence

    Who We Are

    The Story

Elementum Hospitality Group was founded in 2025 by Raffaele Tramma with a clear belief: hospitality is not just an industry of service, it is an industry of culture, community, and emotion. And it is ready to be rebuilt on a more intelligent foundation.

After years of launching and scaling multiple restaurant concepts across markets, Raffaele saw the same challenge repeating itself. Some of the strongest brands were not being limited by demand, concept, or product. They were being limited by what happens behind the scenes: operations, talent gaps, fragmented systems, and the absence of true innovation.

Too many hospitality groups were repeating the same model, opening more venues, adding complexity, and relying on manual processes to hold everything together. Growth became the goal, but execution became the bottleneck.

Elementum was created to break that cycle.

From day one, the Group was designed not as a traditional operator, but as a platform—built to acquire, develop, operate, and scale premium hospitality brands, while simultaneously building the technology and intelligence needed to make hospitality smarter, more efficient, and more scalable.

    Our Approach

    Two Pillars. One Vision.

Elementum operates through two divisions, each reinforcing the other.

    Pillar One

    Restaurants Division

    Acquiring and Scaling Premium Brands

The first pillar of Elementum is its restaurant and brand acquisition strategy, focused on identifying exceptional concepts from Europe and Morocco and scaling them into the UAE.

The objective is not to create "more restaurants."

The objective is to build and expand premium brands that can travel and scale without losing authenticity.

    Pillar Two

    AI & R&D Division

Building the Intelligence Layer for Hospitality

The second pillar is what makes Elementum fundamentally different: an internal division dedicated to research and development, using artificial intelligence to solve hospitality's hardest operational problems.

This division is building The Restaurant AI, an application designed to become the intelligence layer for the hospitality industry, supporting decision-making, operational control, and performance improvement across restaurant groups.

In other words, while Elementum acquires and scales hospitality brands, it also engineers the technology that makes those brands:

    • faster to operate
    • easier to manage
    • more consistent
    • more profitable
    • more scalable

This is not technology as a side project. It is a core strategic pillar.

    Our Purpose

    Community at the Center

What makes Elementum distinctive is that it was never founded purely for expansion or financial growth.

It was founded with the belief that hospitality should strengthen:

    • local communities
    • talent development
    • cultural exchange (especially between Europe, Morocco, and the UAE)
    • and innovation through R&D

This is why Elementum does not treat AI as automation.

It treats AI as a tool to support teams, reduce operational friction, and help hospitality professionals perform at their best.

The mission is not to replace people. The mission is to make people stronger, through better tools.

    Our Future

    The Road Ahead

Elementum Hospitality Group is positioned as a next-generation hospitality group, one that combines:

    • premium restaurant brand acquisition and scaling
    • AI-driven research and development for the hospitality industry

This dual structure creates a strategic advantage:

Elementum is not only building hospitality brands—it is building the systems and intelligence that will define how hospitality is operated in the future.

As the Group evolves, it is preparing for institutional scale, including the establishment of a DIFC-domiciled and DFSA-regulated hospitality-focused fund, with an investment strategy centered on acquiring, developing, operating, and scaling premium hospitality brands, alongside investments into technology solutions that support the hospitality ecosystem.
